The Hong Kong Music and Arts Development Association has been committed to encouraging the development of local music and arts. We provide opportunities to local youth for cultural and aesthetic experiences through active participation in the music competition, enhance their understanding and appreciation of the arts.

香港音樂藝術發展協會一直致力於鼓勵本地音樂藝術及教育的發展。本會希望透過此次比賽，為學習音樂的學生提供一個演奏的舞台，讓他們展示所學的成果。同時，我們希望這個平台能夠幫助參賽者擴大他們的視野。透過專業的評審，我們致力於培育音樂界具有競爭力的人才。
